Strengthening Telkom Indonesia’s Employer Branding to Attract and Engage Young Digital Talent

As a leading telecommunications company, Telkom Indonesia sought to enhance its employer branding to attract young, skilled digital talent for its expanding digital ventures. However, the perception of state-owned enterprises as dull and outdated posed a challenge in engaging the younger workforce. To address this, Telkom needed a refreshed approach to its recruitment website and social media content, highlighting its innovation-driven culture and digital transformation initiatives.

Our team developed a social media playbook to standardize communication and ensure a consistent brand message across platforms. We created data-driven social media content tailored for fresh graduates and young professionals, strategically distributed across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn to maximize reach and engagement.
