BRI, one of Indonesia’s leading banks, offers a diverse range of products designed to cater to users from various backgrounds. To enhance user understanding and accessibility, BRI initiated a comprehensive product knowledge video series for its platforms BRIAPI and BRIBRAIN. The goal of this initiative was to help both internal and external users comprehend BRI’s products independently, effortlessly, and practically.
Our team developed a detailed video production plan, defining the concept and approach for each video in the series. We conducted script development, incorporating insights gathered from user interviews and utilizing relevant materials provided by BRI. The production phase included executing video filming and editing, integrating dynamic motions to create engaging and visually appealing content that effectively communicated the product information.
The result was the delivery of 10 videos for BRIBRAIN and 10 videos for BRIAPI, all featuring motion graphics and interactive elements designed to boost user engagement and improve understanding. This video series empowered users to explore BRI’s products with ease, significantly enhancing their experience and product knowledge.
